| 摘 要： | 中国经济体制改革走过了30年光辉历程.1978年至1992年为第一阶段,是中国从计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转化的过渡阶段;1992年至2008年,即改革的后16年为第二阶段,是社会主义市场经济开始建立到逐步完善的阶段.中国经济体制改革30年,在六个方面取得了宝贵的经验:用渐进方式进行经济体制改革;坚持社会主义基本制度与发展市场经济相结合;"看不见的手"与"看得见的手"的有效结合;在宏观调控中对财政与货币政策的综合运用;政治体制改革和经济体制改革相互配合;正确处理改革、发展、稳定的关系.
