中小企业SaaS应用模式下的风险管控策略及顾客信任模型浅析

SaaS应用模式作为一种相对陌生的服务模式,学者众说纷纭。其营运模式被认为是经济危机下帮助中小企业走出困境的有效途径。但许多中小企业对选择SaaS更多的是观望。因此,文中在分析现有资料基础上,提出了SaaS应用模式下可能存在的风险因素及相关的管控策略;并通过建立中小企业视角下的顾客信任模型,为中小企业选择SaaS时提供参考。

To Analyse on the Risks Controlling Straegy and Customers Trust Model Based on Medium and Small Enterprises SaaS Application Model

As a strange service model relatively, SanS Application Model is described differently by many scholars. Its Operation Pattern is regarded as an effective approach to help medium and small enterprise get rid of plight. When many medium and small enterprises choose SaaS, however, in most cases they wait and see only. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing pre-existing articles, this text puts forward the risk element and relevant access control policy of SaaS Application Model as well as the Customer Trust Model under medium and small enterprise to provide reference when they choose SaaS.
