摘    要:力源是力量的源泉,引导学校变革的正向力量是提升学校品质的主要力量来源。主要力量之源有规划力源、领导力源、管理力源、课程与教学力源、科研力源、学习力源、文化力源、和谐力源。所有学校的发展,都是内外力量共同作用的结果,这些力量纵横交错,形成一个力量场。因此,身居场中的学校管理者应充分认识到,学校发展的力源是促进学校前进的第一要务。创建学习型学校,就是要不断提高学校的学习能力、创新能力,充分认识、挖掘和利用这八种力源。

Abstract:Power source is the source of strength, positive force guiding the school reform is the main source of strength to enhance the quality of the school. Main sources of power includes the power source of planning, power source of leadership, power source of management, power source of cmxiculum and teaching, power sour~'e of scientific research, power source of studies, power source of culture, power source of harmony. All of the development of the school is the result of the joint action of internal and external force, these forces crisscross, forming a force field. Therefore, the high school administrators should be fully aware that the power source of the school' s development is the first priority to promote the school' s develoment. Creating a leaming school is to improve the learning ability, innovation ability of the school and fully understanding, mining and using the eight kinds of power source.
