转轨时期中国行业工资差距的实证研究

摘    要:首先对我国的行业工资差距进行了度量,然后利用计量模型和Chow检验法对我国的行业工资进行了实证分析,认为影响行业职工工资的因素包括行业人力资本水平、行业劳动生产率和行业垄断程度,并且行业属性的差异是造成垄断行业与非垄断行业工资差距的主要原因。

Abstract:There is a big gap between the wages of industries,in particular non-monopolized and monopoly industries the wage gap between are particularly notable.Firstly,the article analyses the gap between the wages of industries metric with the Miner model and Chow test.This analysis of the wages that human capital industry,different from labor productivity and trade monopoly industries is caused by the impact of the wage gap between workers in other sectors,attributes the difference in monopoly industries and non-monopolized industries are the main reasons for the wage gap.
