国内外各大电信运营商都在积极地推动电信企业运营模式转型,其转型的原因是电信产业价值链已经并且正在发生着深刻的变化。其中,电信产业价值链演化的动因、演化的趋势是电信企业确定转型目标和建立新的商业运营模式的基础。关于促使电信产业价值链发生演变的原因、演变的模式、演变的趋势以及产业链的演变对企业运营模式的影响有着大量研究,本文在学者的现有研究基础上给出了关于电信产业价值链演变路径较为完整的认识框架。
