Innovation in Industrial Cluster Based on Horizontal Knowledge Integration

Innovation in industrial cluster caused by the horizontal knowledge integration exists two balance states,that is,knowledge integration among enterprises of different sizes and large enterprises.At present,study on innovation in industrial cluster,especially on the horizontal knowledge integration are less.The paper studies the optimal strategy between enterprises in the process of innovation in industrial cluster of horizontal knowledge integration by use of game theory.The result shows equilibrium between enterprises of different sizes is the large enterprises′ innovation and small enterprises′ imitation,and equilibrium between large enterprises is cooperative innovation.
