| Abstract: | Through the statistical analysis of labor productivity improvement resulted from the factors of technical progression and technical renovation of petrochemical enterprises, the great significance of technical renovation, reduction of personnel and increase of economic results to the realization of continuous fast growing of enterprises has been recognized more scientifically. |
