| 摘 要： | 实施ＩＲＰ／ＤＳＭ可以节约投资，降低负荷增长率，通过与传统电力规划的比较，ＩＲＰ能使电力需求分配更趋合理，在ＩＲＰ方法的应用中，ＤＳＭ的核心主要表现在针对终端用电部位及主要用电设施提高其电能的利用率和如何加强电力的负荷管理，提高 用生和有效性。
