| 摘 要： | 美国金融危机给世界经济带来巨大约冲击，中国资本市场却严重滞后于实体经济。对中国资本市场变化对消费水平的影响进行实证分析，结果显示：殷市适度上涨，有利亍消费扩张，不能否定资本市场的积极因素，资本市场的发展有助亍社会保障体系约健全。

| Abstract: | American financial crisis has an huge impact on world economy,but China's capital market severely lag behind the real economy.By analyzing the effect on the comsumption level,we come out conclusions that the modest rise of the stock market can in favor of consumption expansion.Futhermore,the development of capital market can help the perfect of the social gurantee system. |
