| 摘 要： | 我国商业银行在体制转轨过程中存在着诸多问题,但其中最为重要的就是委托人(国家)与多个代理人(总行、一级行、支行)之间错综复杂的关系。本文基于委代代理理论,提出国有商业银行如何通过建立有效的公司治理结构,来理顺委托者与多个代理人之间的关系。
