| 摘 要： | 随着高中阶段发展党员工作的加强,大学新生中的党员数量逐年增加,已经成为大学生党员的重要来源。但是,这部分新生党员的先进性水平和先锋模范作用的发挥尚存在许多问题。因此,本文从大学新生党员先进性体现和先锋模范作用发挥的要求及存在的主要差距分析入手,提出了加强大学新生党员先进性教育,充分发挥先锋模范作用的对策和建议。
