商业银行操作风险防范问题研究——以建行吉林省分行为例

商业银行高风险的行业特点，决定了其必须有完善的风险防范机制以确保商业银行能够稳健经营。银行操作风险一直未受到足够的重视，直到20世纪90年代巴林银行破产倒闭案件及日本大和银行国债交易失败案件的发生，才引起监管当局的关注。目前，商业银行大多对信用风险和市场风险的管理比较成熟，而对操作风险的管理尚处于起步阶段。因此，系统研究商业银行操作风险防范措施十分必要。

A Research on Prevention of Operating Risk on Commercial Bank--Take Jilin Branch of Construction Bank as an example

High risk characteristic of commercial Banks industry determines that a perfect risk prevention mecha-nism could ensure a stable operation of commercial banks. Operational risk didn＇ t gain enough attention, though it has a long history. Until 1990s, authorities paid great attention when Bahrain bank went bankruptcy and Japan Daiwa bank bond transaction failed. At present, it has many good experiences on the credit risk and market risk but few experiences in operational risk management. So it is necessary that puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions.
