民办高校辅导员专业化标准构建体系

随着高等教育普及化，高校需要建立一支稳定的辅导员队伍，实现辅导员队伍专业化。目前高校在建设辅导员专业化队伍方面还存在诸多问题，如辅导员虽已列入教师编制，但具体落实教师身份的措施不够，辅导员队伍建设的经费投入少，辅导员发展晋升框架的构建不明确等。解决问题的主要办法是建立辅导员专业化标准体系。
