船舶薄板焊接变形及对策

摘    要:焊接变形对船舶结构的强度和外观造成了较大影响。文章详细分析了船舶结构特别是薄板焊接变形的基本类型及其成因,提出合理设计焊接结构,提高焊接工艺,加强管理,注意变形矫正,以有效控制薄板焊接变形。

Abstract:Welding deformation greatly affects the intensity and appearance of ship structure.This paper analyzes in detail the basic types and causes of the deformation of the ship structure especially sheet welding,proposes that reasonably designing welding structure,enhancing welding process,strengthening management,paying attention to distortion rectifies,so as to effectively control sheet welding deformation.
