义务教育均等化测度及影响因素--基于2004-2013年数据的分析

伴随经济体制改革的进一步深化,基本公共服务已成为彰显我国社会公平和正义的重要领域。义务教育作为基本公共服务的重要组成部分之一,其均等化程度不仅影响当代人的生存权和发展权,更成为影响代际公平的主要原因。本文选择2004-2013年作为样本期,运用多元统计分析中的因子分析法在构建义务教育综合评价指标体系的基础上动态考察我国义务教育地区差距问题,分析了形成当前教育差距格局的主要原因并提出相关对策和建议。

Measurement of Equalization of Compulsory Education and Analysis of Influencing Factors---Based on the Data from 2004 to 2013

With the further deepening of the economic system reform, basic public service has become an important area manifesting social equality and justice in china. Compulsory education is one of the important parts of basic public service, and its equalization degree not only influences people’s rights of life and development, but also affects the intergenerational equali-ty. With the years of 2004-2013 as the sample period, this paper uses the factor analysis method to construct a comprehen-sive evaluation index-system to investigate the regional disparity in China’s compulsory education, analyzes the major reasons for the current pattern of education gap, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
