| 摘 要： | 对项目风险事件发生损失的估计,采用历史资料只能对一部分风险事件发生造成的损失予以估计,采用历史资料法只能对一部分风险事件发生造成的损失予以估计,这是由项目本身的一次性决定的。将专家估计和有关法规相结合的办法估计项目风险事件带来的损失,提高损失估计的准确性。

| Abstract: | Historical Data Method is used to evaluate the loss of certain accidents,due to the One-Off attribute of project.This paper advances a new method which combines Expert Evaluation and and Law Regulation to evaluate the loss of accident in order to raise the veracity of loss evaluation. |
