山东省农村公共产品供给中存在的问题与对策研究

社会主义新农村建设是新时期农业和农村工作的重点,而加大农村公共产品的有效供给是推进新农村建设的一个核心问题。基于山东省农村公共产品的供给现状,本文分析得出山东省农村公共产品供给仍存在总量不足、结构失调、区域差异等现实性的发展问题,进而提出加大农村公共产品的财政供给、合理安排资金供给方向、缩小地区间供给差异、引导社会资金投向和加强供给资金监管的发展建议。

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of the Supply of Rural Public Goods in Shandong Province

The socialist new countryside construction is the focus of agriculture and rural work in the new period, while increasing the effective supply of rural public goods is a core issue to promote the construction of new countryside. Based on the supply status of rural public goods in Shandong Province, the paper obtains there are problems of the inefficiency total supply of rural public goods, structural imbalance, and the regional differences. And then proposes to increase the financial supply of rural public goods, arrange for the direction of capital supply reasonably, reduce the inter-regional differences of supply, guide the direction of social funds and strengthen the financial supervision of rural public goods supply.
