| 摘 要： | 产业链在促进企业发展、提升产业竞争力、优化产业结构上的作用越来越重要。在中国经济面临产业结构升级模式选择的现实背景下，极有必要对产业链理论进行回顾和总结，以促进产业链理论和实践的创新，为我国产业结构升级提供理论和实践的指导。本文以产业链为主线，对产业链的内涵、产业链的形成、产业链的构建、产业链的优化与整合的国内外研究进行了总结和分析。

| Abstract: | Industry chain to promote the development of enterprises, improve industrial competitiveness, optimize the in- dustrial structure of an increasingly important role. Economy industrial structure upgrading models selection in China un- der the background of reality, it is necessary to review and summary of industrial chain theory to promote innovation in industry chain theory and practice, for the guidance of the theory and practice of industrial structure upgrade in China. This industry chain as the main line, formed the connotation of industry chain, industry chain, chain building, optimization and integration of industry chain summarizes the research and analysis. |
