| Abstract: | After analyzing the groundwork of the ecologic environmental impact of foreign direct investment （FDI） , this paper tries to clarify that we should not only concentrate on the negative environmental impact of foreign direct investment, but also understand the mechanism of the positive environmental impact on foreign direct investment, so as to adjust the transformation of Chinese economic developing mode to meet the need of modem ecologic system construction. |
