治标更要治本：宏观经济调控需要有新思路

各种宏观经济数据表明．我国当前以紧缩性货币政策为核心的宏观经济调控政策仍无法从根本上解决我国宏观经济中存在的问题，而且，这些紧缩性调控政策与经济过热之间似乎陷入了恶性循环的怪圈。本文从矛盾产生的根源和宏观调控政策的作用机理入手，指出了现有宏观经济调控政策在解决经济过热和流动性过剩等问题方面的局限性，并揭示了问题产生的根源和相应的解决方法。

Radical Measures Are More Important than Stopgap Measures： Macro-control Needs New Way

All kinds of macro-economic data indicate that Chinese macro-economic problems could not be solved ultimately by current macro-control policies which take tight monetary policy as the core. Furthermore, it seems that these tight monetary policies and the overheating of economy have trapped into a vicious cycle. This paper investigates the origins of contradictions and the action mechanisms of macro-control policies. It points out that current macro-control policies are limited for solving macro-economic problems, such as the overheating of economy and excess liquidity. At last, the paper discloses the origins of macro-economic oroblems and corresponding solutions.
