FDI与国际贸易关系研究的文献综述

本文分别从理论角度、实证角度和政治经济学角度对FDI与国际贸易之间关系的有关研究进行了梳理。理论研究部分对“替代说”和“互补说”有关理论分别进行了介绍；实证研究部分将现有研究划分为国家层面、产业层面、企业层面以及产品层面四个层次，并对每一层次的有关研究成果进行了阐述：政治经济学研究部分，主要就补偿投资的有关理论和实证的研究成果进行了整理。在总结分析的基础上，就目前研究的不足之处提出了几点建议。

A Review on the Relationship between FDI and International Trade

This paper aims at review the relationship between FDI and international trade. The review is conducted from the point of theory, empirical analysis and political economy respectively. The relationship of substitution and supplement are both introduced in the first part. The achievements of empirical research are summarized in the second part from country level, industry level, firm level and product level. The third part of this paper mainly reviews the relative research from the point of political economy. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future research.
