| 摘 要： | 对于李约瑟提出的"为什么工业革命不在中国而是在欧洲产生"这一疑问,众多学者试图从中国当时政治、人口、文化、宗教等不同角度来破解,具有一定的合理性。明清时期的经济基础—自给自足的小农经济结构使社会分工更加模糊,导致产业结构不合理,并缺乏对科技需求的动力,是导致我国资本主义萌芽发展缓慢的最主要的原因,并可以从分工细化、发展农村产业集聚、增加农业技术有效需求等方面为我国当今的小农经济改造提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | About the problem which Dr Needham Put for- ward that"why the Industrial Revolution happened in Europe not in China",many scholars answer the problem from differ- ent point of view such as politics,culture,religiousm etc,the opinions have certain rationality.The article tries to analyses it from the economic foundation of Ming and Qing dynasties which based on self-sufficing small-scale farming economy, brings about that the economic basis caused the bud of capi- talism of China developing slowly,and gives advise for Chi- nese reclaiming small-scale farming economy. |
