The Study on Operator Performance Assessment of State-owned Monopoly Enterprises

State-owned monopoly enterprises are the pillar of national economy,and are related to the national economic and political security. Many problems still exist in operator performance evaluation,for example,the evaluation index couldn't reflect operator performance accurately and assessment guide is inclined to engender short-term behavior. The key to solve these problems is to reasonably define evaluation content,to establish a reasonable evaluation index system,and to improve assessment method,etc.
