浅析农民工职业培训的紧迫性

文章通过对农民工这一特殊群体的经济利益、自身素质不高，以年轻人为主及其长期性、重要性等特性以及对职业培训以就业为目的、重技能训练、时间短、形式灵活等进行分析，提出农民工进行职业培训的可能性和紧迫性。

Simple Analysis on Urgency of Professional Training for Migrant Rural Workers

As a special group, migrant rural workers have such features in attaching importance to economic interests, low quality, mainly young, the protracted nature and the importance and so on. Professional training is featured with employment-related purpose, focusing on skill training, short time and flexible forms and so on. This author gives an analysis on the features of migrant rural workers and professional training and raises the possibility and urgency of providing professional training for migrant rural workers.
