绥化市餐饮业经营分析与对策研究

摘    要:绥化市作为东北地区的一个典型代表,在饮食习惯、餐饮业经营所需考虑的时间距离、空间距离、客源市场、经济发展以及城市交通等方面存在着诸多的特征,对这些特征的不正确掌握和消化使诸多的餐欲企业的经营举步维艰。笔者在对绥化市餐饮业经营环境进行充分分析的前提下,对绥化市餐饮企业的经营管理对策进行了研究。

Abstract:As a typical representative city in the northeast, Suihua has features in time distance, interspaces distance, source of guest, economic development, and urban traffic and so on, which must be considered when eating habit and catering management are involved in Suihua. It may cause difficulties to many catering trades if incorrect understanding and improper acceptance of these features have been made. Under the premise of full analysis for business environment of Suihua' s catering sector, this author makes research on the countermeasures of business management for Suihua city.
