摘    要:目前我国公务员的绩效管理大都在单位内部进行,但公务员的道德品质、业务能力等与人民群众的切身利益息息相关。人民群众对他们的综合素质有比较全面的了解。因此,文章讨论我国现行条件下公务员绩效管理的公众参与问题具有现实意义。

Abstract:Nowadays, civil servant performance, is usually carried on in the units in our country, but their morality and quality, business ability and so on are closely linked to people's benefit. The people know more about their general quality, so the article discusses that it is very significant for the public to participate in civil servant performance according to the current conditions.
