加强干部队伍建设促进和谐广西新发展

Enhancing Cadres Construction and Promoting New Development of Harmonious Guangxi

Whether we can foster and create excellent and reliable cadres associates with the success of the party＇s cause. Along with China- ASEAN cooperation, Guangxi encounters golden opportunities for development. According to the report of the 17th Congress and combining the specific facts of Guangxi, this paper probes how to enhance cadres construction to provide strong human resources and orga- nizational guarantee for building harmonious Guangxi and new development of Guangxi in the point of view of improving knowledge and ability of cadres, intensifying organizational force, implementing scientific evaluation and supervision and strengthening basic cadres construction.
