| Abstract: | Scientific administration ＆ penple-oriented administration are two different administration theories in different historical eras and different stages, which are distinguishing and relevant. Scientific administration theory itself contains the thoughts of people-oriented administration, anti people-oriented administration theory enriches and complements scientific administration theory. Nowadays, the two should be used jnintly. |
