摘 要: | 科学管理与人本管理是管理理论发展的不同阶段,人本管理是对科学管理的丰富与补充,应坚持借鉴科学管理的原理,并注意科学管理与人本管理的有机结合,依据不同的管理问题,灵活运用不同的管理模式。

Abstract: | Scientific administration and people oriented administration are the different stages of administration theory development. People oriented administration will enrich and complement scientific administration. Different administration patterns should he, nsed according to different administration problems, insisted on using scientific administration theory for reference and regarded the comhination of scientific administration and people oriented administration. |
