| 摘 要： | 邯郸市在建设新农村过程中,涌现出一批社会经济发展较快的富裕村,他们的发展途径和致富道路具有较强的典型性和代表性。该文认真总结这些村的宝贵经验,得到4点启示,提出了构建农业科技创新体系和突出重点、整体推进等4项措施。

| Abstract: | A group of wealthy villages with rapid social and economic development come forth during the construction of new rural areas in Handan City.Their development route is representative.This paper seriously summarizes the invaluable experiences of these villages;gains 4 enlightenments and puts forward 4 counter measures as constructing agriculture scientific and technological innovation system,giving prominence to key points and advancing in an all round way,etc. |
