| 摘 要： | 设计和运行有效的供应链对每一个企业都至关重要。企业如何设计供应链，本文认为：企业在设计供应链时不仅要考虑产品特点、市场需求，而且要考虑企业自身生产和分销规模经济的重要性，只有综合考虑，才能选择适合企业的供应链战略。

| Abstract: | It is crucial for every enterprise to design and operate an efficient supply chain. This paper presents the viewpoint that the design of a supply chain involves the consideration of not only the product characteristics and the market demands, but also the importance of scale economy of an enterprise itself in production and distribution. Only through the integrated consideration, can an enterprise select an appropriate supply chain strategy. |
