| 摘 要： | 开展城市土地集约利用潜力评价研究，提高集约利用程度，缓解城市建设用地的需求与有限土地供给的矛盾，是目前迫切需要解决的问题。在研究具体评价方法过程中，使用Delphi6．0开发工具，通过ADO技术连接数据库，然后利用OLE对象链结和嵌入技术，实现了空间数据和属性数据的有效连接；并通过土地利用现状图与城市总体规划图的空间叠加，计算每一叠加图斑的潜力值，并评估每一宗地的经济潜力值。本项研究在技术方面对城市土地潜力评价信息系统有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Such problems need to be resolved immediately as carrying out potential evaluation research into intensified utilization of urban land, improving standard of urban land's intensified utilization, and solving the contradiction between the demand for urban construction land and limit of land supply. In the course of studying evaluation methods, effective link of spatial data and attribute data is achieved by using Delphi6.0, ADO technology and OLE technology. Also accomplished is analyzing actuality graph and program graph by stacking method and calculating every cadastral parcel's economic potential value. The research can be of some help to the establishment of potential evaluation information system of urban land intensified utilization. |
