西部地区产业结构生态化调整与升级

产业结构调整和升级除了自身的工业化演进外,更多的要依造政府的政策引导和约束,国家“十一五”规划强调增长方式转换、可持续发展与和谐社会构建。因此产业结构必须是生态化的调整升级,在生态约束条件下,以生态化的手段实现生态化的目标。本文力图从产业生态化角探讨产业结构问题,以期为产业结构的调整提供一些新的思路。
