论民营企业产权制度创新

本文将重点研究我国以家族管理为特征的民营企业产权制度创新问题。一是阐述了我国民营企业在产权制度方面存在以下主要问题:产权结构单一,产权界定不清晰,财产所有权与经营权不分;二是探究了我国民营企业(主要就中小型民营企业和大型民营企业两个方面)产权制度创新的路径选择:优化企业产权结构,实现产权多元化;明晰企业内部产权,建立法人财产所有权;开放企业产权,建立现代企业制度。

On private enterprise equity system innovation

This article will focus on family-management features to small and medium private enterprises institutional innovation.First,private enterprises in Guangxi are elaborated on system of property rights of the status and major problems.There is in the primal problem existing the following in property order aspect：Property right structure single,property right the boundary is surely vague,right of ownership of property and the power of operation no mark;Second is to explore the private enterprises in Guangxi＇ （mainly on small and medium sized private enterprises and large private enterprises both） innovation policy proposals of property rights system innovation.There depends on innovative aspect of property order：Property right diversifies optimization property rights of enterprises structure and realization;In inside of clear enterprise,property right,builds corporation right of ownership of property;Open property rights of enterprises,establish a modern enterprise system.
