我国房地产投资信托法律问题研究

摘    要:近年来,房地产投资信托以其灵活性和门槛低的特点正好契合了我国的房地产企业高速发展要求并逐步在我国发展壮大。但我国房地产信托的发展形式尚在探索之中,加之信托市场不完善,信托法规尚待健全,投资者在投资时将不可避免的面临较大风险。本文拟从法律角度就房地产投资信托做相关的概述、并提出我国目前存在的问题及对其进行的法律思考,以期待我国房地产市场尽快完善发展。

Abstract:recently,REITs just resonated with the rapid development of China's real estate business requirements and the progressive development because of its characteristics of flexibility and low thresholds and grow strongly in our country.But the pattern of development of China's real estate trust is still being explored,as well as the trust of market imperfections,the laws and regulations have yet to be sound,investors in the investment will inevitably face greater risk.This paper from a legal point of view on the real estate investment trust to do an overview of the relevant and to make China's current problems and for their legal thinking,to look forward to improve and develop China's real estate market as quickly as possible.
