| 摘 要： | 我国政府上世纪在全国范围内推行的计划生育政策与90年代末的老龄化进程,都使得城镇养老问题十分突出,此文以天津市为例来分析我国城市独生子女家庭的养老问题,借鉴相关国际经验,提出了适合我国城市具体情况的相应对策和建议。
