我国股指期货的主要问题与国际经验的借鉴

美、日、英、德四国股指期货监管模式的比较发现,不同国家的股指期货监管模式有一定的共性,但又各具特色,分别适应不同的实际情况。我国股指期货推出之后凸现许多问题,本文在借鉴国外股指期货监管经验的基础上对解决我国股指期货发展中的问题提出相应的对策建议。

China stock future＇s main problem and its reference to international experience

The paper compares the four kinds of regulatory models of stock index futures in four diferent countries,such as United States,Japan,Britain and Germany.It shows that different regulatory models have some common characteristics,but different characteristics are adapt to various actual situations.After the launch of stock index futures in China,many of the problems highlighted.Based on the experience of foreign regulatory model of stock index futures,the paper put forward the suggestions to solve problems in the development of stock index futures in China accordingly.
