The operating mode of the Chinese security broker business is critically important to the healthy development of the Chinese capital market.By comparing the operating mode of broker business in China to those in the foreign market,come critical problems were identified.Basing on the healthy development of the Chinese capital market,some suggestions were developed according to the problems identified.
