| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂犯罪是一种新型经济犯罪,具有严重的社会危害性。目前商业贿赂犯罪呈现出一些新的特点。商业贿赂犯罪产生的原因是多方面的。治理商业贿赂是一项系统工程,需要有一个总体上的考虑和部署,我们需要多方面加大对商业贿赂的惩治力度。
