中国信托业规范化发展问题研究

中国的信托业起步较晚,在其后发展的二十几年时间里,暴露出种种问题,存在着违规关联交易、非法吸收存款、挪用客户资金、不实信息披露等现象,其发展是和政府对其的整顿同时进行的,说明现阶段我国信托业还没有走上规范化发展的道路。本文揭示出我国信托业发展不规范的影响:随后分析了原因,最后,笔者提出了建立我国信托业规范化发展的对策建议。

China trust industry scale development problem research

Causing the reason unnomalization in development of the trust industry complicated,this text has been gone to seek from such visual angles as the credit,government,supervision and institution,etc.Mainly as follow： 1.One of the trust and investment companies violates the rules causing to destroying social credit environment and weakening social credit foundation and making investor query to the reputation of the trust industry.2.When every time the trust industry does unnormalized operation,the supervising authorities will carry on the measures more scathingly.But these measures with good purpose of controlling the financial risk will limit the development speed of the trust industry.3.The problem of the trust and investment company appears frequently,which makes the companies losing the competitiveness and being lake of human resources widely.The writer thinks we should do several contents primarily as follow： 1.The trust industry should solid credit foundation and set up a new image.On the one hand,the government need establish social credit system primarily.On the other hand,in regard to the trust industry should improve its credit level.2.The authorities should perfect the supervisory system and improve the competence of supervising.3.The government should improve and complete institution related trust,and normalize the development environment.4.The trust and investment corporations should pay attention to personnel training,and accelerate trust innovation.5.The trust and investment companies should improve the administration structure and strengthen corporate institution.
