我国中小板上市公司融资行为分析

融资行为决策问题对企业的价值有着重要影响,因此企业的融资行为成为了学术研究的焦点,本文选取了我国中小板上市公司2005～2009年的数据研究其融资行为,将中小板上市公司上市公司的融资行为分为内源融资和外源融资来进行分析,得出因此中小板上市公司的融资行为顺序依次为股权融资、短期负债,内源融资、长期负债,应付债券。

China ETF listed company financing behavior analysis

Financing behavior policy has an importan t impact on the corporation value,so enterprise financing behavior has become the focus of academic study,this article selected 2005 to 2009 data of China＇ s SME board listed companies to study their financial behavior,and divided by inside sources of financing and external financing to analyze,the results were that while the behavior of the past five years there are serious foreign financing sources and equity financing preference,in debt financing are mainly depended on short-term borrowings,the proportion of long-term borrowings and bonds payable are very small.
