| 摘 要： | 汽车产业是环渤海地区的支柱产业,自主创新是汽车产业发展的关键。实现自主创新的有效途径是集成各方面的资源优势,构建集成化产学研合作模式。环渤海区域已具备产学研集成化合作的条件,实现的途径是建立健全整体运行机制和保障机制。

| Abstract: | As a pillar industry,the key to the development of the automotive industry is independent innovation.Meanwhile the effective way to improve independent innovation is to establish an integrated cooperation mechanism of the industry-university-research to integrate all aspects of the resource advantages.It has the conditions for building it in Circum-Bohai-Sea Region.Besides,establishing the overall operation and safeguard mechanism can realize it. |
