深圳服务业发展特征研究

本文分析深圳服务业的演进阶段、内部结构、空间布局,归纳了深圳服务业发展的基本特征。深圳的服务业发展与工业高度协同,与北京、上海和广州相比,在结构上以消费性服务为主体,高度依托房地产行业。深圳服务业呈现明显的聚集特征,而向郊区扩散的趋势并不明显,不同类型的服务业的聚集地区有所差别。本文旨在为深圳服务业的发展定位及空间差异化发展提供理论依据。

Guangdong service industry development characteristics research

This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of Shenzhen service industry from the following aspects：development phase,internal structure and regional disequilibrium.First,services industry in Shenzhen is high coordination with industry development.Then,compared with Beijing、shanghai and Guangzhou,consumer services is the main body and the real estate play an important part of service industry in Shenzhen.It tends to support that the service industry are apt to assemble in the center city districts obviously while the diffusion to suburbs is not obvious.The agglomeration location varies with the types of service industry.
