印度金融服务外包发展政策及其对我国的启示

印度金融服务外包的快速发展离不开印度政府的政策支持,其中包括提供优惠的税收政策和制定严厉的监管制度,以及建立相应的行业协会和机构。本论文通过分析印度政策的特点及其对我国金融外包发展的启示,认为我国现有的政策制定宜采取"政策三部曲"——吸引、优化和改善等三个步骤为出发点,进一步完善促进金融外包的发展政策,加快进行相关金融制度和环境改善,从而加速我国金融服务外包的发展。

India finance service outsourcing development policy and its inspiration to China

The development of financial outsourcing of India depends on the support of policies of India,including preferential tax policies,strict supervision system,relevant guilds and institutions.After analyzing the characteristics of India policies and the revelations to China,we consider that the government should adopt ＂Policies three steps＂-Attraction,Optimization and Improvement.Starting with these three steps,the government can continue to consummate development policies of financial outsourcing and speed the improvements of relevant financial system and environment in order to accelerate development of financial outsourcing of China.
