珠三角出口产业竞争力分析

本文通过产业出口竞争力的三个指标,即显示比较优势指数、贸易竞争指数及出口商品结构转化率,来分析珠三角各出口产业的竞争力状况。珠三角目前以机电及高新技术产品出口为主,传统劳动密集型产业出口为辅。其中传统密集型产业虽仍对珠三角出口有较大贡献,但以价低量多取胜,国际竞争力趋弱;机电及高新技术产品的国际竞争力尚未形成,但有较大潜力。因此对劳动密集型产业应实行产业升级和产业淘汰并举,对机电及高新技术产品加大技术研发投入及鼓励创新,使其形成长期国际竞争力。

Pearl River Delta export industry competitive analysis

This article uses three indexes which are RCA index,TC index and export commodities structure conversion ratio to analysis the competence of industries of PRD.The author finds out that export of the ME products and High-tech product rank first,and traditional labor-intensive industries are second.Although the traditional labor-intensive industries contributes a lot to export of PRD,their international competence are weak and depend on low prices and large volumes;the international competence of ME products and High-tech product can not be seen clearly now but have big potential in future.So the labor-intensive industry should think about industry transitions or Elimination;more attention should be pay to RD input and innovation in ME and High-tech product to build a long-term international competence.
