| 摘 要： | 在汇率改革、劳动力成本上升、原材料价格上涨以及环境保护等因素共同作用下,广东产业发展进入高成本时代。2005年起,省政府实行"腾龙换鸟"、"双转移"战略,积极推动地区产业转移升级。运用产业生命周期理论分析区域经济发展,探析广东产业升级转型的内在动力珠三角地区着力发展战略性新兴产业,实现经济社会收益最大化;而传统劳动密集型产业基本生存环境恶化,借助转移升级,重新焕发活力。产业升级转移过程,好比露珠滴入平静水面,形成"涟漪"效应。

| Abstract: | As a result of the reform of RMB exchange rate,labor costs,raw material prices and the role of environmental protection and other factors,it become high-cost era for the Guangdong industrial development.Since 2005,the government carried out ＂double shift＂ strategy,in order to transfer and upgrade local industries.Combined with industry life cycle theory,it analysis regional economic development,and examine the internal driving force for Industrial upgrading and restructuring of Guangdong.PRD focus on developing New industries to maximum economic and social benefits.The traditional labor-intensive industries reinvigorated by upgrading and transferring. |
