我国养老金缺口危机及其化解途径

我国人口老龄化问题日益突出，随之产生的养老金缺口危机也更加严峻。在我国“未富先老”的现状下，我国养老保险制度体系的横向及纵向结构的欠合理性逐渐凸显出来，特别是养老保险基金难以实现全国统筹以及养老保险制度的碎片化现象使养老金缺口问题更为严峻。结合我国实际的国情，通过与美国的成功经验进行比较，提出化解我国养老金缺口危机的有效途径如大力建设企业年金以及延迟退休年龄等.

The Crisis of Old Age Pension in China and the Resolving Methods

The trend of population aging in China is becoming more serious,so is the crisis pension hole. Under the situation of ＂getting old before getting rich＂ in China,the old age pension system in China ligh- lights an irrationability both horizontally and longitudinally. More severe is the pension hole caused by the impossibility of overall national coordination and system fragmantation.To resolve the crisis of old age pen- sion,the paper draws lessons from the American pension system and puts forwwd methods like setting up enterprise annuity and postponing retirement age.
