中小企业竞争力问题研究

摘    要:随着经济的全球化和我国市场经济体制的日趋完善,特别是中国加入WTO后,企业间的竞争日渐激烈,竞争的方式和内容也在发生深刻的变化。没有特色的中小企业在低层次的竞争中更是很难继续生存下去。相对于大企业而言,处于弱势的中小企业必须根据自身特点重新认识自己的比较优势,以此制定合适的竞争战略,从而使中小企业迅速占领市场,赢得用户,提升自身的营销竞争力。

Abstract:With the economic globalization and the maturing of China's market economic system, especially after China's access to the WTO, competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce, and the form and content are also changing. SMEs without features in the low level of competition is very difficult to survive. Compared to large enterprises, SMEs in a weak position must re-understand their comparative advantages in accordance with its own characteristics in order to formulate an appropriate strategy for competitiveness, thus to swiftly occupy the market and win users and upgrade their marketing competitiveness.
