| 摘 要： | 自主创新是企业生存与发展、形成核心竞争力的重要途径.在经济危机之际,自主创新更是企业脱颖而出、变危机为生机的根本方式.自主创新能力是企业在自主创新的系列活动中所表现出来的能力素质,是若干种创新功能要素的综合与集成.通过采用间接方式对企业自主创新能力进行测度,为企业提升自主创新能力的决策制定提供测度前提.
