| 摘 要： | 中山、东莞、绍兴三地区作为改革开放的沿海城市,其经济取得了快速的发展.比较三地区,其经济发展模式有很大的相似,都属于外向型经济,外商直接投资在经济发展中发挥了重要的作用,但在利用外资方面却存在着一定的差距,本文对三地区在利用外资规模、外资来源集中度、外资来源、外资行业分布进等几方面行了比较,并对三地区利用外资的经验进行了总结,以期为合理利用外资提供经验借鉴.
